Have you ever been told to live each day as if it were your last? Lionel does just that, and it pisses off a lot of people. As a child, Lionel Little was exceptional at games, puzzles, and riddles. Growing up, he was always told he was special. Many children are told this, but in Lionel's case his ego outpaced his normal growth until he became a true narcissist: loving only himself and paying little respect to others. He feels so special, why should he care about the lesser people? Bosses, coworkers, girlfriends, customers, drivers, and the public in general are forced to deal with Lionel and his enormous ego. He truly lives each day as if it were his last: thinking little of consequences, expecting special treatment, and enjoying the moment without a care. When a series of comical, dramatic, and tragic events cause Lionel to rethink his view of himself, will he become a better person or is it too late? |
